Shipping policy

1: What is the delivery time?

 our goal is to deliver local orders within 4-5 business days. Your order may arrive earlier than expected, and we will keep you informed with tracking updates once your order is shipped. Timely delivery is subject to the availability of stock.

 

2: What are the delivery charges for local and international orders?

Standard delivery charges for local orders are Free. For international orders, real-time carrier rates will be provided by our customer care representative via our Instagram page or WhatsApp based on your location and the weight of your order.

For International order : Shipping costs do not include any duties, taxes, or clearing charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will vary from country to country. We cannot predetermine what the charges will be. We suggest customers call their local customs office before placing their order if they require more information on customs duties in their country.

3: Does the price of the order include shipping?

Typically, we will add shipping charges  as part of the order price. The final payment amount charged will include shipping charges.

4: How do I check the delivery status?

On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through SMS. You can log on to the courier websites for local and international orders, insert your tracking ID and track your order.

5: How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, country and area code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.
